This website, gravitylogics.com, is run by Gravity Logics Group DWC-LLC, a company licensed in Dubai, UAE ("Gravity Logics", "we", "us"). We decide how the information you share with us is used, so we are responsible for it.

What we collect
We only collect what we need to reply to you and to deliver what you order.
When you send us a message
- Your name and email address.
- Your company or website, if you add it.
- Your message, and any answers you choose to give about services, budget and timing.
When you place an order
- Your name, email address, country, and whether you buy as a person or a business.
- Your company name, VAT or tax number and website, if you add them.
- Your project brief, the plan you chose and how you prefer to pay.
- The IP address the order came from, to help prevent fraud.
Payment details
Card and PayPal payments are handled entirely by Stripe and PayPal on their own secure pages. We never see or store your full card number. We only receive a confirmation that the payment went through, with the amount and your email.

Your email address and whatever you choose to write to us.
What we do not collect
This website does not use advertising pixels, analytics tools, session recorders or tracking cookies. Our fonts and files are served from our own server, so visiting a page does not send your information to other companies.
Like every website, our hosting server keeps short technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, page requested and time) to keep the site secure and working. To stop spam, our contact form keeps a scrambled version of your IP address for one hour.
If we ever add analytics or similar tools, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Why we use your information
- To reply to you when you send a message or ask a question.
- To deliver your order: plan, build, launch and support the work you paid for.
- To take payments and send receipts, through Stripe or PayPal.
- To meet legal duties, such as keeping invoices and tax records.
- To keep the website safe, by blocking spam, fraud and abuse.
We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them. Every email we send is about your message or your order.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal grounds: taking steps you asked for and carrying out our contract with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running a safe business.
How long we keep it
- Messages and enquiries: up to 2 years, so we have the history if you come back to us.
- Orders, invoices and payment records: as long as UAE accounting and tax law requires.
- Spam protection data: one hour.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
- The whole website runs on secure HTTPS.
- Payments run on Stripe and PayPal checkout pages, not on our website.
- Passwords and payment keys are kept outside the public website folder.
- Forms are protected against spam and automated abuse.
- Only the people who need your information to do their work can see it.
No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will tell you promptly if a problem affects you.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you the information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it (for example, invoices).
- Send your information to you or another company in a common format.
- Stop using your information for a particular purpose.
Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days, usually much sooner. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. If you are in the EU or the UK and are not happy with our answer, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. This website is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we will make it clear on this page before it applies.
