How do I pay? Is it safe?
You pay on a secure checkout by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Your card details go straight to the payment provider and never touch our website.
What does the 30-day money-back guarantee cover?
Every service. If you are not happy within 30 days of paying, ask for a full refund of that payment. No questions asked.
Why do websites and apps start with a deposit?
You pay part today so we can start, and the rest when your project is delivered and you are happy with it. The amount due today is shown on every plan.
Is the ad budget included in Google Ads and Meta ads plans?
No. Our price is for managing your ads. The ad budget is paid by you directly to Google or Meta, so you always stay in control of it.
Can I change or cancel a monthly plan?
Yes. Move up or down a plan anytime from the next month. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Yearly plans are paid once for 12 months.
Do you work with clients outside the UAE?
Yes. We work fully online with businesses in the US, Canada, Europe, the Gulf and beyond. Everything runs by email, and once you are a client we also book calls in your time zone.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Prices are in US dollars. Pay with any card or PayPal account and your bank or PayPal converts the amount to your currency automatically.
Do your prices include tax?
Prices do not include tax. If a tax applies where you are, it is shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.
How do discount codes work?
One code per order. Codes do not apply to bundles, which are already discounted. Enter your code at checkout and the new price shows before you pay.
